The diet didn't fail. Dinner did.
Most plans work fine until about 6:40 on a Tuesday. You're home, everyone's hungry, and the plan says grilled chicken and steamed broccoli. Again. So the plan loses, and you're told it was a willpower problem.
It wasn't. A plan that asks you to give up dinner, or to cook a second dinner just for yourself, is a plan built to be quit.
Recipes & Reps starts from the other end: real dinners the whole table eats, with protein at the center of the plate, done in the time it takes to order takeout. Then twenty minutes of movement you can do in your living room, four times a week.
What you get

60 high-protein dinners
Every one on the table in 20 minutes or less, averaging 38 grams of protein a serving. Tacos, stir-fries, burgers, pasta, chili. Dinner, not diet food.

12 twenty-minute workouts
At home, mostly with no equipment. Every move comes with an easier and a harder version, plus a 60-day calendar that fits on your fridge.

A week builder & shopping list
Say what you don't eat and how many nights you cook. It picks the dinners, lets you swap any of them, and adds up one shopping list sorted by aisle.
Six of the sixty
No sad salad. These are the kind of dinners inside, with the numbers straight from each recipe page.

Sweet-savory ground beef over rice with quick-pickled cucumbers.

Twelve minutes in the oven, one pan to wash.

Better-than-takeout chicken with crisp peppers, snap peas and toasted cashews.

Eggs poached in a smoky pepper-tomato sauce, with beans to make it dinner.

Seasoned turkey, black beans and corn under melted cheddar, scooped into tortillas.

A thick, smoky chili that tastes like it simmered all afternoon.

They sell a cookbook. You get the week, handled.
Three hundred recipes is homework. Sixty dinners and a plan is two months of knowing what's for dinner.
- 1Tell it what you like. Tick what you don't eat (dairy, shellfish, red meat, anything) and how many nights you cook. That's all it asks.
- 2Get your dinners. It lays out the week, mixing proteins and pans so Thursday doesn't taste like Monday. Don't fancy one? Swap it with a tap.
- 3Shop once. One list for the whole week, quantities added up and sorted by aisle, with the pantry staples listed separately so you check the cupboard first.

- It isn't a subscription. You pay once. New dinners we add later land in your kit at no charge.

Questions, answered
Will I lose weight?
We won't promise a number, because nobody honestly can: bodies and lives are different. What the kit does is take away the two things that make most plans fall apart, which are a dinner you dread and a workout that doesn't fit your day.
Do I have to count calories?
No. Every recipe shows its calories and macros per serving if you want them, but nothing in the kit asks you to track, weigh or log anything, and we never set a target for you.
Is it really 20 minutes?
Yes, from walking into the kitchen to the plate, for someone cooking it the first time. The recipes lean on thin-cut meat, quick-cooking seafood, canned beans and ready-to-heat rice. For oven recipes the clock starts when you turn the oven on.
Will my family eat this?
That's the idea. These are tacos, burgers, pasta, stir-fries and chili that happen to be high in protein. Every recipe serves four, and you cook one dinner for everyone.
What equipment do I need?
A large skillet, a sheet pan and a pot cover 48 of the 60 dinners. Twelve use an air fryer; if you don't have one, the week builder leaves them out. The workouts need a little floor space; two of them use dumbbells or two water bottles.
I have allergies or don't eat meat. Does it still work?
Each recipe lists the major allergens it contains and two swaps. The week builder can leave out dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, fish, shellfish, sesame or whole groups like red meat. Sixteen of the dinners are meatless. Allergen tags are a guide: always check your own labels.
I'm a beginner. Are the workouts too hard?
They're written for people starting from the couch. Every move has an easier version (most can be done with a chair or a wall) and a harder one, and you choose each time. The plan is the same for everyone and isn't adapted to injuries or health conditions, so check with your doctor first if you have one.
How does the week builder work? Is it AI?
You tick what you don't eat and how many nights you cook. It picks from the 60 dinners, never from anywhere else, and the shopping list is added up by plain arithmetic. It only knows your food preferences: we never ask your weight, age or anything about your health.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay $29 once and keep access. You'll never be charged again.
How do I get it?
Right after checkout you're signed in, and we email you a personal link that opens your kit on any phone or computer. No password to remember.
What if it's not for me?
Ask for a refund within 14 days from your kit page or by email, and you'll get your money back. No questions asked.
Do I need my phone in the kitchen?
Only if you want. Every recipe, every workout, the calendar and the shopping list print cleanly on Letter paper.
